Mr. Roth had been a trial attorney since 1982. His practice emphasizes auto, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, as well as injuries from professional malpractice and unsafe products. He is listed under the Martindale Hubble 2010 Directory of Distinguished Attorneys. He has served as a court appointed arbitrator in King County Superior Court. He has given lectures at legal seminars sponsored by the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. He serves as a volunteer attorney offering pro bono consultations through the Seattle King County Bar Association. Mr. Roth is licensed to practice in federal court, and to appear before the Washington State Supreme Court. Mr. Roth received his undergraduate training at the University of Florida, where he had the distinction of graduating number one on his class, with a perfect 4.0 grade point average. He attended the University of Florida School of Law, and served as editor of the University of Florida Law Review, and published two articles.
